What to Expect

For your safety, I perform all services wearing gloves and a mask. All equipment, tools and product bottles are cleaned with a hospital-grade sanitizer prior to and after your service. If you have any other concerns, please ask.

  1. Review our Menu of Services and text 720-675-9394 to set up an appointment. Should you have questions prior to scheduling, contact me here. I am often unable to answer calls (text and email preferred) but if you leave I message I will get back to you as soon as possible, always within 24 hours. If you are currently undergoing chemotherapy, please schedule your treatment 12-14 days after your last infusion (the day before your next infusion is ideal.)
  2. After booking, check your email for details of your appointment and Treatment Consultation Form. You may email your consultation form answers to me prior to your appointment or we can review it together when I arrive for your service (this will add another 10-15 minutes to the length of your appointment.)
  3. Choose your favorite spot in the house to receive your treatment. It can be a comfy couch, recliner, bed or I can bring a portable massage table. My table & equipment require an area approximately 8 feet by 4 feet. Your comfort is my priority, I will adapt to your surroundings.
  4. Choose a comfortable outfit to wear. Ideally a tank top or wide neck t-shirt and soft pants/shorts but I can work around most garments. If wearing a long sleeve top or long pants, make sure the sleeves can be rolled up to your elbow and pants can be rolled up to the knee.
    • If wearing a compression garment, please leave it on.
    • Remove contact lenses and jewelry from hands, wrists & ears if possible.
  5. Prepare to relax. I show up at your scheduled appointment time. Setup takes 10 minutes, 10-20 minutes for a final consultation, then your treatment will begin. Clean up after your service takes about 10 minutes. In total, I will be at your location for about 30 minutes plus the length of your treatment.
  6. I see myself out. If you have chosen to prepay, there is nothing for you to do after your service but relax. While there is a no-tipping policy, I do have some healing/skincare products available for sale should you be interested.
